When you register we process your name, business email address and company in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The contact form sends the data you enter to us by email.

We use no tracking services and no advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is the technically necessary session cookie for signing in.

Meeting Agent records meetings only on the customer's instruction. The customer is the controller, we act as processor (Art. 28 GDPR); a data processing agreement is available.

For every recording we log how notice was given: the recording bot appears visibly in the participant list and is announced in the calendar invitation. In Germany, recording confidential spoken words without the consent of all participants is a criminal offence (§ 201 StGB) — responsibility rests with the customer; we provide the tooling for the record.

We process audio, the transcripts derived from it, minutes, analyses and meeting and participant details. Processing runs on EU infrastructure (region eu-central-1).

We evaluate meetings and teams. We do not create rankings of individuals and do not assess employee performance.

Recall.ai (recording and transcription, EU region), OpenAI (analysis), Notion (working surface for reports), Hostinger (email delivery) and our server host. All are contractually bound as processors.

No recipient uses the data for its own purposes. We do not sell data.

Meeting data is deleted automatically after the agreed retention period (default: 365 days). Billing records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

A deletion request really deletes: account and access immediately, then the meeting data in the platform, the associated working surfaces and any scheduled recordings. You can trigger deletion yourself in settings or contact us.
